This is the driving force behind everything I do. I’m Beck Smith, the founder of Beam in Business, a mother of five from Rockhampton, Queensland, and a passionate advocate for women’s financial independence and empowerment.

With 13 years of partnership with Todd, raising five children, and running a dynamic business, my life has taught me how to juggle big dreams with everyday realities. I don’t have all the answers when I start something new, but I have the drive to figure it out and the resilience to keep going.
I’m a visual thinker, constantly imagining what’s possible and finding ways to make it happen. Whether it’s connecting women in business, hosting sold-out events, or helping others share their stories, I pour everything I have into creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
