📢 We’re Hiring! – Casual Project Support Role (Virtual, Flexible Hours)
Are you someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys systems work, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the allied health sector?

At Allied Health Admin and Consulting (AHAC), we’re on the lookout for a casual team member to support our growing list of projects, everything from setting up practice management systems to completing system audits and data migrations.

About the Role:
You’ll work closely alongside one of our Senior Practice Support Specialists on a range of client projects. Tasks may include:

• Setting up and configuring practice management systems
  Auditing project management tools and workflows
  Assisting with system migrations and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who is tech-savvy and solutions-focused
Ideally, has experience in medical or allied health administration
Knowledge of the NDIS or previous exposure to NDIS providers is a bonus
Confident working remotely and comfortable asking questions when needed
Hours & Flexibility:
This is a casual role with flexible hours, best suited to daytime availability when our senior team is online to support and guide you.

For the right candidate, this role has the potential to grow into a permanent part-time position with consistent hours and more responsibility.
