I’m passionate about supporting women over 50 to rediscover their strength, vitality, and confidence. Like many of you, I’ve faced moments in life that tested me—caring for my mother as she grew frail, navigating my divorce in my 40s, and transforming my own health and mindset through strength training. These experiences have shaped who I am today and ignited my mission to show that it’s never too late to create a life you truly love. I’ve turned life’s challenges into opportunities for growth, and now I’m dedicated to helping other women do the same.
