Hospitality has always been in my DNA—it all started when Dad nudged me into my first job at Hungry Jack’s (probably just to get me out of the house!). From flipping burgers to diving headfirst into a Tourism Management Degree at RMIT, I quickly realised that connecting people through food, wine, and experiences was my calling. A placement at Ayers Rock Resort was the game-changer: I spent my 21st birthday soaring over Uluru in a helicopter before indulging in fine dining. I was hooked. Since then, my journey has taken me across the globe—from working in the US and UK to boosting tourism in Melbourne and founding the Inner Melbourne Tourism Group. When wanderlust came knocking, my partner and I hit the road, eventually pouring our passion into owning and operating No.4, a restaurant in Robe, South Australia. It was a wild ride of locally sourced dishes, seaside charm, and unforgettable memories. While Robe wasn’t our forever, it paved the way for Hustle & Hush—a boutique branding and marketing agency that helps artisan food and wine businesses find their voice, shine bright, and connect with their audiences in authentic ways. Now I spend my days balancing strategy with creativity, championing small producers, and sneaking in walks with our fluffy Chow Chow kid, Chester. And yes, you’ll probably catch me enjoying a glass of wine – or a cheeky G+T—after all, hospitality isn’t just my passion; it’s my life’s work.
