Justine Martin is the dynamic Founder and CEO of the Justine Martin Corporation (JMC), an innovative enterprise encompassing five thriving businesses: JUZT Art, Resilience Mindset, Morpheus Publishing, Geelong Residential Cleaners, and Justine Martin Speaker.
An accomplished artist, award-winning keynote speaker, resilience coach, author, and podcast host, Justine has built a remarkable career through passion and perseverance. Over the past 12 years, she has expanded her vision from a single art therapy initiative to a diverse portfolio of businesses that empower and inspire.
More than a decade ago, Justine’s life took a challenging turn when she underwent three heart surgeries, followed by a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and three primary cancers. Medical specialists told her she would never work again—but giving up was never an option. Determined to redefine her life, she entered the world of business, transforming adversity into a purposeful mission and inspiring countless others with her story.
Her journey began with JUZT Art, where she discovered the therapeutic power of painting. This passion not only earned her multiple art awards but also laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial journey. From here, she launched Resilience Mindset, a platform to share her expertise as a resilience coach, podcast host, published author, and keynote speaker.
Through Justine Martin Speaker, she has become an internationally recognised keynote speaker, sharing her story of resilience with audiences worldwide. Justine’s compelling talks address overcoming adversity, living with hidden disabilities, and building resilience in both personal and professional lives. Her ability to connect deeply with audiences has made her a sought-after speaker for conferences, corporate events, and community programmes.
In early 2022, Justine launched Morpheus Publishing, fulfilling her dream of supporting aspiring authors. This publishing arm celebrates resilience and self-help themes while expanding into children’s literature with her debut book, Same Same But Different.

Resilience means having the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties and to show toughness. This definition has been the cornerstone of Justine’s extraordinary journey over the last decade, a journey no one could fathom, but in Justine’s words, this journey has changed her for the better. Justine uses her learned experiences of overcoming adversities to help others gain their own resilience. 2011, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, underwent three heart surgeries, and then had three primary cancers at once. She was told she would never work again by a medical professional. But that was never an option for her. Justine catapulted herself into the world of business. She not only changed her life to give it purpose and direction but also inspired those around her with her story. After learning how to paint and use her art as therapy, she has become a multi-award-winning artist and found the strength and determination to take control of her financial future. She now owns and runs seven businesses JUZT art, Resilience Mindset, Van–Go Decals, Morpheus Publishing, Team Fingerprint, Geelong Residential Cleaners and Justine Martin Speaker all being under the umbrella of Justine Martin Corporation. In 2021/24, Justine was nominated for 50 international and national business awards and won 22 in various categories, such as Coach of the Year, Creative Artist of the Year, International Speaker/ Coach Judges Award and Geelong Business Leader of the Year 2023. Justine is an award-winning Resilience Coach/Consultant and Speaker, multi-award winning Professional Artist, Teacher, Amazon best-selling Author, Publisher, Mentor, Affiliate, Volunteer, Cancer Survivor, MS Worrier, DV Survivor, Disabled, Mum of two, Grandmother of seven and the Queen of Resilience.
