I’m Kate Langford, a career and business coach, and a mum of three little humans who keep me grounded. My journey started in a dusty garage with nothing but a laptop, two small children under 3, and the determination not to settle for “just okay.” I know exactly what it feels like to question whether you’re good enough, to wonder if it’s too late to start over, or to feel like everyone else has it figured out but you. Since then, I’ve supported thousands of people to walk away from toxic workplaces, launch businesses, and build the confidence to back themselves. What lights me up most is helping business owners get the right foundations in place, from finding their niche to putting real systems behind their ideas, so they can grow sustainably without burning out. I even wrote a book, Have Your Cake and Eat It Too, to show you that it is possible to grow something meaningful without sacrificing the people and moments that matter most. I don’t believe in quick fixes or sugar-coating. I believe in real talk, practical steps, and a whole lot of heart.
