The Rogue Edit is a leadership consultancy that helps founders, leaders, teams and parents develop the behavioural awareness, communication skills and emotional discipline required to lead effectively under pressure.
Many capable people know what good leadership looks like in theory, but when stress, conflict and responsibility increase, they default to reactive patterns; avoiding difficult conversations, over-functioning for others, losing emotional control, or constantly putting out fires.
The Rogue Edit exists to interrupt those patterns.
Through leadership coaching, behavioural profiling (DISC and communication frameworks), workshops and strategic consulting, clients learn how their behaviour, communication style and emotional responses shape the environments they lead. They gain practical tools to regulate themselves under pressure, lead difficult conversations with clarity, strengthen trust within teams and create cultures where people feel safe, accountable and able to perform.
The result is leaders who move from reactive leadership to intentional leadership are able to think clearly, communicate confidently and lead with consistency when it matters most.
Hi, I’m Kayla. I’m very much an I style in DISC and a Yellow in CLICK, which basically means I’m energised by people, connection, ideas, and a bit of chaos in the best way. I’ve been called a “confetti gun of fun” and once someone described bringing me into a team as like “hiring an energiser bunny to inject connection and excitement.” I’m endlessly curious about human behaviour and what makes people tick, which is probably why I ended up working in leadership development. I love bringing energy, insight, and a bit of bold honesty into spaces where people want to grow.
